8 x 12" A sweet young girl is accosted by the Holly King. I photographed her in Milan, in the monumental cemetery, on a grave bearing no names nor signature. Some help and a lot of work let me find who she and her sculptor were: she's made of stained and weathered marble. In the north, gods took this form; in the south, swans or showers of gold.
